I work with B2B technology companies selling complex products into large enterprises — creating opportunities, building executive relationships, navigating technical and commercial buying groups, and getting difficult deals across the line.
The Short Version
I’ve spent my career selling technology where the answer wasn’t simply “follow the playbook.”
I was LinkedIn’s first sales representative in CEE and DocuSign’s first dedicated Enterprise AE in the region. At Salesforce, I worked on complex financial-services transformation, including Santander Bank Polska’s first cloud-based CRM deployment. I later co-founded Ommi, building the commercial engine from the ground up.
Today, alongside enterprise selling, I build AI systems myself — not because I’m trying to become a software engineer, but because I want to understand the technology I sell and use it to become a better salesperson.
I tend to do my best work where the playbook isn’t finished.
Where I Win
My strongest environment is a technically credible B2B product with a complex enterprise sale.
The product may involve AI, cloud, automation, data, developer technology, customer experience or another transformation where the buyer needs to understand more than a feature list.
The sales process usually involves several perspectives at once:
CIO / CTO · Business leadership · Technical evaluators · Procurement · Legal · Security · Partners
My job is to connect those perspectives around a problem worth solving — and keep the commercial process moving.
I’m particularly comfortable when there is still something to figure out: a new market, a new category, a new enterprise segment, or a sales motion that isn’t completely mature.
The common denominator is complexity.
Commercial Proof
Salesforce · LinkedIn · DocuSign · Contentful · Pluralsight · Ommi
But the logos aren't really the point.
The pattern across them is.
Create the opportunity. Understand the customer. Navigate the complexity. Build the case. Win the business. Expand the relationship.
How I Sell
Complex enterprise sales rarely move in a straight line. My job is to create momentum where there isn't any, understand how the customer really buys, and keep the opportunity moving through technical, commercial and organisational complexity.
I create opportunities where no buying process exists yet.
Account research. Signals. Cold outreach. Executive engagement. Discovery. Problem creation. New-logo origination.
Find a reason to have the conversation before there is an RFP.
Enterprise deals involve more than a champion and a budget.
I work across economic buyers, technical evaluators, business stakeholders, partners, procurement, legal, security and compliance — understanding what each needs to move forward.
Build alignment across the buying group, not dependency on one relationship.
Complex technology only matters commercially when it solves a problem somebody cares about.
I connect technical capability to business priorities — without needing an SE in every meeting.
Make the technology relevant to the people who have to buy it.
The first deal creates more than revenue. It creates access, credibility and understanding.
That understanding exposes new problems, new stakeholders and new opportunities.
Land with a real problem. Learn the organisation. Solve the next one.
How That Looks in Practice
Enterprise selling can mean creating an opportunity from nothing, navigating a complex transformation, or using one successful motion to uncover the next problem.
These three deals show how I work when the sales environment gets complicated.

View evidenceWhat I Build
I wanted a better way to run my job search. So I built one.
What started as a personal problem became an AI-powered Career Agent.
I didn't want another tool that simply matched keywords or asked a model to rewrite my CV.
I wanted a system that could discover relevant roles, understand what actually made them a fit, use verified evidence from my career, generate tailored applications, challenge its own output, repair unsupported claims and track what happened next.
So I built it.
Built with AI. Designed with evidence controls. Tested like software. Used in production.

There’s a pattern across my career.
I’ve repeatedly ended up in roles where something needed to be built — a market, a territory, a sales motion, a company or, more recently, a system.
Career / company experience
Entered a developing market, built relationships and helped establish LinkedIn's commercial presence across the region.
Built enterprise demand in a market where the category and regional sales motion were still developing.
Went from selling someone else’s product to helping build the company itself — positioning, ICP, pricing, outbound, enterprise sales, team, P&L and funding.
Project / system
Turned a personal problem into a working AI system combining discovery, evidence, generation, verification, automation and tracking.
See the problem. Figure it out. Build what’s missing. Find the revenue.
Founder Experience
At Ommi, I wasn't just responsible for selling the product.
I co-founded the company and helped build the commercial engine from the ground up — positioning, ICP, pricing, outbound, enterprise sales and the operating model behind it.
I owned the P&L, raised angel funding and built and led a commercial team of 2 BDRs, 3 AEs and 1 Solutions Consultant.
Within 12 months, we secured contractual commitments reaching approximately €1M ARR, winning customers including LG, Agata Meble and Krotoski.
I understand quota. I also understand runway.

Human where it matters. AI where it helps.
AI hasn't changed what enterprise selling fundamentally requires.
Customers still buy from people they trust. Complex deals still require judgment, discovery, relationships, negotiation, creativity and the ability to navigate an organisation.
What AI has changed is how much better prepared and more systematic I can be around those human interactions.
Judgment · Relationships · Executive discovery · Negotiation · Commercial instinct · Stakeholder navigation · Creativity
Knowing when to push, when to listen, who actually matters, what isn't being said and whether there is a real deal underneath the activity.
Research · Account intelligence · Signal detection · Hypothesis generation · Preparation · Evidence management · Workflow automation
Using AI to understand accounts faster, prepare better questions, test assumptions, identify signals and remove repetitive work that doesn't require human judgment.
Two Ways to Work With Me
I’m at my best when there is meaningful new business to create, complex customers to navigate and room to build relationships that last beyond a single deal.
What changes is how I join.
Bring me into the team to own a market, territory or group of strategic accounts.

Test the market. Enter quickly. Start selling.
Different motions. Same outcome.
Hire Me
I’m interested in companies with serious technology, ambitious customers and a market opportunity that still has room to be shaped.
The sweet spot is a role where I can create new business, build lasting customer relationships and help turn a developing enterprise motion into repeatable revenue.
Give me a strong product, a meaningful market and something left to figure out.

You may want to test the market, enter Europe quickly and start building enterprise revenue before making permanent hires.
